May 2, 2022 — It’s official! Starting May 5, we are reopening the doors to the ultimate dessert destination — Edwards Dessert Kitchen. Located in the North Loop neighborhood of Minneapolis, this is the place where guests can experience first-hand our passion for deliciousness with unique, indulgent desserts.
Led by our Executive Chef Jasmine Weiser, Edwards Dessert Kitchen serves up modern dishes, such as Stonefruit Pavlova, Raspberry Mousse, Lychee Lime Celebration Cake and Rocher Mousse. The menu features made-to-order options and prepared confections for every dessert occasion.
Unique to the food industry, Edwards Dessert Kitchen serves as a satellite innovation space for Schwan’s Company. As the market leader in the frozen-dessert category with brands like Edwards® desserts, we will use consumer insights from the dessert destination as we continue to seek out creative ways to bring innovation and further growth to the frozen-dessert category.
"In 2020, we, like many establishments, closed the doors to our dining area due to the rising safety concerns surrounding COVID-19. Fortunately, we are able to officially announce that we are reopening our doors and welcoming guests once again,” said Weiser. “While we continued serving Edwards Dessert Kitchen fans through catering over the last two years, our team is excited to invite our community back into our indulgent dessert destination because there is nothing we love more than to see the faces of people as they enjoy our specialty dessert creations.”
As an accompaniment to the dessert offerings, the menu also includes locally sourced coffee from St. Paul-based True Stone Coffee Roasters and a spirits-forward, carefully crafted cocktail menu by the one and only, Mr. Aynsley Jones.
