Brantley shares her Schwan's journey

Nov. 8, 2017 — In this video installment of our “Schwan's People You Need to Know” series, long-time employee Jennifer Brantley discusses her career journey at Schwan's Company.
Jennifer joined the company in 2003 and received Schwan's most prestigious employee honor — the Marvin Schwan Excellence Award — in 2016. She is currently the senior human resources manager at Schwan's pizza plant in Salina, Kansas.
“My growth journey with Schwan's has been great,” she said. “Because of the different positions or departments or business areas that I have worked in, that has allowed me to learn more about the business, but more importantly than just learning the business...I have been able to improve my leadership skills.”
