Pawar makes a difference as a process engineer at Schwan’s

She also touches on our work culture.
“I really got great support, starting from my manager to my cross-functional team members. They have always been supportive of my decisions, my suggestions, my advice,” she said. “You should just be aware of your strengths and skills and how you can make a difference.”
Vidula has been with the company for nearly three years, and she works to improve processes and technology for our manufacturing facilities. She works with cross-functional teams to bring a food concept into mass production.
