De Ranitz talks about building a strong culture at Schwan’s
"Schwan's People You Need to Know" is an ongoing series of stories that share some of our employees' experiences as we celebrate our 65th anniversary and participate as a founding partner of the Minnesota Super Bowl 52 Host Committee.
Feb. 1, 2018 — In this video installment of our “Schwan's People You Need to Know” series, Vice President of Learning and Development Julie De Ranitz talks about the importance of building a strong culture.
“One of the things I really believe in is that a strong culture really frees everyone to be their best. … When a culture like that is in place, I think we get to better solutions and at the same time it’s a lot more fun to work together,” Julie said.
Julie has been a member of Schwan’s learning and development team for about two years. She is responsible for all learning and development and talent management activities for Schwan’s. She said she enjoys her position because every day she works on solving problems, helps build leadership and helps build talent within the company to sustain growth.
