While an Edwards dessert is just about as perfect as can be, we did want to share a few simple recipe ideas to make it an extra special holiday season.
Working with our culinary team, we’ve created the following recipes using our Edwards Original Whipped Cheesecake and Edwards Strawberry Crème Pie.

Pumpkin Pie Cheesecake Dessert Jar
Ingredients:
- 1 Edwards® Original Whipped Cheesecake
- ¼ Teaspoon Fresh Nutmeg
- ¼ Teaspoon Ground Ginger
- 1/8 Teaspoon Ground Cloves
- 1 Cup Pumpkin Puree
- 1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
Directions:
- Begin by thawing Edwards® Original Whipped Cheesecake in the refrigerator.
- Remove filling from the Edwards® Original Whipped Cheesecake and place into separate bowl.
- Crush up the leftover crust into a crumble and set aside.
- Add pumpkin puree and all spices to cheesecake filling and gently fold together until evenly blended.
- Fill a pastry bad with the pumpkin cheesecake filling and set aside.
- Proceed to make the whipped cream filling.
Whipped Cream Filling and Assembling Jar Layers
Ingredients:
- ½ Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Bean Extract
Directions:
- Whip heavy cream with vanilla bean extract until stiff pipe-able peaks are achieved.
- Place whipped filling into a pastry bag or a plastic bag with one bottom corner cut off.
- Begin layering with crumbled crust on the bottom, followed by pumpkin cheesecake cream and then whipped cream filling. (As pictured)
- Repeat this layering pattern once more with the final layer of whipped cream ending with a swirl and top with a little bit of the crust crumble.
Elevated Edwards® Strawberry Crème Pie
Ingredients:
- 1 Edwards® Strawberry Crème Pie
- Strawberry jam
- Fresh strawberries and other assorted berries
- Sprig of fresh mint leaves
Directions:
- Begin by thawing the Edwards® Strawberry Crème Pie.
- Fill the center of the pie with strawberry jam.
- Dress up with sliced strawberries, other berries of your choice and mint.
- Eat and enjoy when the pie has thawed.
