Marvin talks about his passion for making others successful

“When people are successful, their whole outlook on what they’re doing becomes brighter. And knowing that I have that impact, that I can help somebody become successful; for me, there’s no greater feeling,” he said. “Having my team involved in the decisions that I make, and having their input and feedback, it’s important for me.”
Chris joined the Schwan’s team nearly two years ago at its pizza plant in Salina, Kansas.
