Nov. 19, 2018 — Edwards Dessert Kitchen recently hosted the Minneapolis-based Yelp Elite Squad for a special night of desserts and cocktails. In addition to the Yelp Elite Squad getting an exclusive night at the ultimate dessert destination, Edwards Dessert Kitchen also received tremendous exposure among foodie influencers in the Twin Cities area. The Yelp Elite Squad is Yelp’s way of recognizing people who are active in the Yelp community. Members are chosen based on a number of reasons including well-written reviews, high-quality tips, a detailed personal profile, an active voting and complimenting record and a history of camaraderie in the Yelp community.
During the event, guests enjoyed several mini desserts from Edwards Dessert Kitchen’s winter/holiday menu. They also put together takeaway host gifts of EDK Hot Chocolate Kits that included milk and dark chocolates and mandarin marshmallows. Schwan’s Chef Collective member and Executive Pastry Chef Christina Kaelberer was also in attendance and spoke to guests about Edwards Dessert Kitchens vision and the unique dessert experiences it hopes to bring guests.
